Since 2016, the Department for Strategic Development and Investments has been the coordinator of the implementation of the quality management system in the executive bodies of the Rivne City Council, in accordance with the requirements of the European standard ISO 9001: 2015.
During this time, the Quality Policy was approved for implementation in the work of the executive bodies of the Rivne City Council and professional training of specialists in the field of "Quality Management System. Requirements in accordance with the ISO 9001: 2015 standard ”.
Employees of structural subdivisions of Rivne City Council (31 employees) were trained and received certificates.
Since December 2017, experts of the British company BSI Group Polska have been certifying the quality management system in the executive committees of RMP.
In 2018, the quality certificate of the international standard of quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 was awarded to the team of the Center for Administrative Services in Rivne.
Today, on November 25, 2019, a repeated supervisory audit is being carried out at the CNAP in the city of Rivne to confirm the received certificate.
