The opening of tender proposals for the performance of works "Development of project documentation, incl. comprehensive examination, author supervision, as well as supply and assembly-dismantling of all necessary equipment and materials for capital repair of the following objects: preschool education institution (nursery-kindergarten) No. 14 of the artistic and aesthetic direction of the Rivne City Council; preschool education institution (nursery-kindergarten) No. 33 of the Rivne City Council; preschool education institution (nursery-kindergarten) of the combined type No. 46 of the Rivne City Council".
The tender was announced on October 18, 2021 and was carried out within the framework of the implementation of the NEFCO-3 project "Implementation of energy saving in establishments and institutions belonging to communal ownership of the city of Rivne and modernization of street lighting".
The meeting on the opening of tenders was held with the participation of representatives of the Customer (Capital Construction Department of the Rivne City Council Executive Committee), representatives of the Department of Strategic Development and Investments (NEFCO-3 project coordinator), as well as representatives of NEFCO and Garde (project consultants), representatives of companies participating in the tender.
5 companies, both local and from other regions of Ukraine, are participating in the above-mentioned tender. Each participating company submitted a package of documents, which includes a price offer, with a detailed calculation of the cost of materials, works, a description of their experience and qualifications. Soon, the tender committee will evaluate all submitted proposals and conclude a contract with the winner for the implementation of energy-saving technologies in preschools in the city of Rivne.
