An online meeting of the steering committee of the project "Cultural heritage of cuisine - promotion of culinary traditions through the professionalization of the gastronomic offer of Lublin and Rivne" was held today, which is being implemented as part of the Cross-Border Cooperation Program Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020.
Representatives of the Department of Strategic Development and Investment (the Lead Beneficiary of the project), the NGO "Agency for Sustainable Development of the City", and the Administration of the City of Lublin took part in the working meeting.
During the meeting, the current state of project implementation and further stages of its implementation, adapting to the conditions of the pandemic, were discussed.
According to Roman Shirko, the deputy head of the department for strategic development and investments, we had to make a lot of effort to implement the project's activities in the conditions of the pandemic, reorienting most of the activities to the online format and at the same time achieve the desired effect of the project's promotion and its effectiveness.
