The team of the Department for Strategic Development and Investments of the Department of Economic Development and Investments took part in a three-day regional seminar-workshop on project management.
The event was organized by the UN Development Program in Ukraine within the framework of the project "Strengthening the resilience of communities in the regions of Ukraine", financed by the Government of Great Britain. The project teams included representatives of non-governmental organizations, regional executive power, local self-government bodies, universities and secondary schools of the region.
During February 14-16, each team worked on its own project idea, and together with other training participants learned information about sources of funding for community development projects, features of project submission and implementation, and learned to analyze existing problems and opportunities.
