Management staff took part in online training and work meetings

During January 2024, staff of the Department for Strategic Development and Investments participated in three online meetings and online trainings.
First of all, on January 4, 2024, participation in an online working meeting with representatives of the project of the 3rd component "ESCO in partner cities" was organized. Consultants of the UN Development Program also took part in the meeting.
The specifics of implementing projects using ESCO contracts and the possibility of implementing this mechanism in the Rivne urban territorial community were discussed.
For four days on January 15-19, 2024, staff of the Department studied during the online course "International cooperation for communities". The training was organized by the team of the Cities4Cities | project United4Ukraine for better understanding and implementation of international cooperation by territorial communities. More than 900 participants learned tools for the development of inter-municipal partnership: finding cooperation with sister cities, got acquainted with the possibilities of European programs, practical aspects of working with projects, considered successful examples of international cooperation.
On January 22-23, 2024, an online training on "Energy efficiency and energy security" was held. The training was conducted as part of the Good Governance Fund project: "Community Recovery Planning", which is implemented with the support of the Government of Great Britain (UK International Development).
