Today, June 29, 2021, an Agreement on cooperation in the field of gastronomic tourism (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) was signed between the Lublin Commune and the Rivne City Territorial Community.
The prerequisite for signing the Agreement was the conclusion of the Agreement on partnership between the cities of Rivne and Lublin, which was signed on October 1, 2013, and the joint implementation of the cross-border project "Cultural heritage of cuisine - promotion of culinary traditions through the professionalization of the gastronomic offer of Lublin and Rivne".
The agreement envisages cooperation in the field of tourism as a factor in preserving and deepening friendly relations. According to the Agreement, the signatory parties will comprehensively promote the development of priority areas of tourism common to the cities, develop and implement joint projects, and also promote the exchange of experience in the field of tourism and the holding of joint seminars and conferences on tourism topics.
