ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE COLLECTION OF PROJECT IDEAS for the period 2021-2023 for the Rivne Community Development Strategy

The Rivne City Community updates the Development Strategy (hereinafter referred to as the Strategy). The most important stage in the development of the Strategy is proposals by community representatives (legal entities and individuals) of project ideas that will allow the operational part of the Strategy to be formed. Project ideas will be selected, analyzed and prioritized by the Strategy Development Working Group. Based on the results of this work, sources of funding for the most important projects for the community will be determined.

We invite all those interested in the development of the Rivne community, representatives of local self-government, local state authorities, public organizations, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership to propose idea(s) of the project(s) that will allow the implementation of the Strategy's objectives. Project ideas must meet the following criteria:

1. Project ideas should be aimed at achieving public benefit. The recipient of benefits from the implementation of the project cannot be a separate individual or legal entity.
2. The project implementation period is no more than 3 years (2021 - 2023).
3. A similar project has not yet been implemented in the city of Rivne and the village of Kvasyliv.

4. There is human and technical capacity to implement the project.

5. The project idea must be presented in the attached form (appendix 2).
6. The project idea concerns one task from the Development Strategy of the Rivne Community. (see the list of tasks of the Strategy in Appendix 1 to this announcement).
7. The project idea must be sent no later than April 30, 2021.
