The Department of Strategic Development and Investment, together with the Department of Capital Construction, under the leadership of Deputy Mayor Igor Krechkevych, prepared and submitted the project "Reconstruction of the Avangard Stadium" on St. Zamkovii, 34 in the city of Rivne", to participate in the competitive selection of investment programs and projects of regional development, which can be implemented in 2022 at the expense of the funds of the state regional development fund.
The team of drafting and supporting the project carried out professional preparation of the information card of the project, which includes a detailed description of the preparation and implementation of works, phased development of the budget, predictive analysis and determination of performance indicators, formation of a package of documents and registration of the project on the online platform of the State Fund for Regional Development.
One of the preparatory stages, which precedes the submission of the project for competitive selection, is its assessment by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. In order to form a complete package of documents, the executive committee of the Rivne City Council, the GS "Rivne Regional Football Association" and the Rivne Regional Athletics Federation appealed to the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine for approval of the project "Reconstruction of the Avangard Stadium" on St. Zamkoviy, 34 in Rivne" and his support during the competitive selection.
According to the results of the review by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the project of the executive committee of the Rivne City Council "Reconstruction of the stadium "Avangard" on the street Zamkovii, 34 in the city of Rivne" received a favorable assessment and was approved for further participation in the competitive selection, which opens up prospects for its implementation at the expense of the funds of the Fund and the successful reconstruction of the "Avangard" stadium.
