On October 2, 2018, at the initiative of the Office for Strategic Development and Investment, a dialogue meeting was held with Yevhen Hlibovytsky, where they discussed the Rivne Development Strategy in the context of the strategic vision of Ukraine's development.
Yevhen Hlibovytsky is an expert on long-term strategies. He researches values and is a member of the Nestor Expert Group (vision for Ukraine 2025), Univ Expert Group (vision for Lviv 2025), Dnipropetrovsk DYB Group [1] (2030 strategy), initiator and expert of the strategy development group for Kyrgyzstan. Member of the Supervisory Board of the National Public Television and Radio Company of Ukraine.
Strategy is the definition of industries that need to be developed primarily for the city. It is gratifying that in Rivne during 2018 a process of constructive discussions of possible scenarios for the city's development is under construction.
