Staff of the department took part in training on strategic planning for the development of territorial communities

The special short-term program on December 13-14, 2023, included topics about system of planning documents, the involvement of youth and other social groups in planning, socio-economic analysis and others, also reviewed typical mistakes and best practices for preparing a territorial community development strategy.

Trainers of the NGO "Institute of Civil Society" taught the ability to analyze problems and opportunities for the development of a territorial community, to formulate strategic and operational goals for its development, to agree on positions on local development programs, etc.
