Knowledge of local borrowing and provision of local guarantees

The seminar was held as part of the USAID project "Increasing the efficiency and accountability of local self-government bodies" ("Hoverla"). This project is designed to contribute to the implementation of decentralization reform in Ukraine by supporting local self-government bodies, which should become more capable, accountable and capable of providing services effectively.
