A meeting of the tender committee was held within the framework of the implementation of the NEFCO-3 project "Implementation of energy saving in institutions and institutions belonging to the municipal property of Rivne and modernization of street lighting" regarding the opening of tender proposals related to the reconstruction and installation of individual thermal substations (ITP) in eight public buildings of Rivne.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Mayor Ihor Krechkevych (chairman of the tender committee), with the participation of representatives of the department for strategic development and investments, the department of capital construction of the executive committee of the Rivne City Council, and representatives of companies that submitted their proposals for participation in the tender.
The winner of the tender will perform the following works: development of project documentation, supply and assembly-disassembly of all necessary equipment and materials for the installation of individual heat points (8 units), incl. insulation of pipelines, fittings, elements of the heating point, decoration of premises and connection of communications, balancing of heating systems, instead of installed heating units in Primary School No. 15 (new and old school), Primary School No. 22, Secondary School No. 25, Secondary School No. 28, Music School No. 2 , preschool education institutions No. 33, Department of Urban Planning and Architecture.
In the near future, the winner of the tender procedure will be determined, with whom the Contract for the execution of the above-mentioned works will be concluded, and individual heat points will be installed in eight public buildings of the city of Rivne, thanks to which it will be possible to regulate heat consumption in accordance with the actual need, which, in addition to improving the conditions of children's stay and workers in the premises, will significantly reduce heating costs, which will allow the city authorities to use financial resources for other urgent issues, including social projects.
The working group under the leadership of Deputy Mayor Ihor Krechkevych, which includes representatives of the Department of Strategic Development and Investment, the Department of Budget and Finance, the Department of Capital Construction, the Department of Education, Municipal Enterprise "Misksvitlo" continues together with the Central Office of NEFCO in Ukraine, technical consultants of SVECO&GARDE work on agreeing the necessary technical details and conditions aimed at the implementation of the next stages of the project.
