Today was the start of an online meeting within the framework of the NEFCO-3 project "Implementation of energy saving in institutions and facilities belonging to the communal property of Rivne and modernization of street lighting", which means the beginning of the project.
The meeting was attended by Mayor Oleksandr Tretyak, Deputy Mayor Oleh Pishchansky, structural units of the Executive Committee of Rivne City Council, involved in the working group for the project and representatives of NEFCO, Sweco, Garde.
During the meeting, the participants of each party were introduced, as well as discussed policies and rules governing NEFCO projects, NEFCO procurement rules, procurement planning principles. The participants of the meeting discussed the current status of the project and the upcoming project activities.
It will be recalled that the project “Energy Efficiency in municipally-owned buildings and facilities of the city of Rivne and modernisation of street lighting” is implemented jointly with NEFCO, and includes two components: implementation of thermal modernization and modernization of street lighting, which is quite energy efficient. in terms of cost savings of the city budget. The total cost of the project is 6.731 million euros.
