Recently, a pre-tender meeting was held for potential Bidders of the tender "Development of project documentation, including comprehensive examination, author supervision, as well as supply and installation-dismantling of all necessary equipment and materials for the capital repair of street lighting networks in the city of Rivne Loty RIV -7.1 (main streets) and RIV-7.2 (secondary streets)".
The tender is being conducted within the framework of the implementation of the NEFCO-3 project "Implementation of energy saving in establishments and institutions belonging to the communal property of the city of Rivne and modernization of street lighting" and was announced on October 5, 2021.
The meeting took place with the participation of representatives of the Customer (Capital Construction Department of the Rivne City Council Executive Committee), representatives of the Department of Strategic Development and Investment (NEFСO-3 project coordinator), KP "Misksvitlo", as well as representatives of NEFCO and Garde (project consultants).
Potential Bidders visited several streets where modernization works are planned and were able to discuss the specifics of technical and procedural issues regarding the correct submission of tender documentation.
The above-mentioned tender aroused keen interest among potential executors of works on the modernization of the city's street lighting. 14 enterprises and companies that expressed a desire to compete for the opportunity to perform work on the two announced lots have already received tender documentation from the Customer.
