The Department of Strategic Development and Investment has prepared and submitted an application form for participation in the process of selecting partner cities of the USAID Energy Security Project to provide technical assistance to municipal stakeholders in the implementation of reforms aimed at optimizing and developing the heat supply infrastructure.
As part of the project, it is envisaged that a list of measures to improve the quality of heat supply will be developed individually for each city. The USAID Energy Security Project also helps attract investors to implement investment projects in the field of heat supply.
In order to attract additional financial resources, the Department of Strategic Development and Investment constantly monitors existing grants and programs.
