Another meeting of the tender committee took place within the framework of the implementation of the NEFCO-3 project "Implementation of energy saving in institutions and institutions belonging to communal property of the city of Rivne and modernization of street lighting" regarding the opening of tender proposals related to the development of project documentation for capital repair (thermal modernization) of institutions preschool education center "Paginets", Rivne educational and rehabilitation center "Osoblyva Dytyna", preschool education institutions No. 35, 37 and 57.
We would like to remind you that the specified works will include insulation of the enclosing structures, replacement of wooden windows with metal-plastic ones with ventilators, insulation and equipment of slopes, replacement of entrance doors, restoration of the drainage system, repair of ventilation systems, installation of solar collectors for heating hot water, implementation of inclusive measures, etc.
The working group under the leadership of Deputy Mayor Ihor Krechkevych, which includes representatives of the Department for Strategic Development and Investments, the Department of Budget and Finance, the Department of Capital Construction, the Department of Education, Municipal Enterprise "Misksvitlo" continues together with the Central Office of NEFCO in Ukraine, technical consultants of SVECO&GARDE work on agreeing the necessary technical details and conditions aimed at the implementation of the next stages of the project.
As a result of the works, in addition to improving the conditions for children and workers in the premises, the costs of heating and electricity will be reduced, which will allow the city authorities to use financial resources for other urgent issues, including social projects.
