On April 18, 2018, in the Center for Entrepreneurship Development at the Rivne City Employment Center, another tournament on "Management Duels" took place.
The Monsters and Impromptu teams created in the first two tournaments were joined by the Speakers team. The League of Management Duels has been replenished with new players - managers Oleksandr Kostrytsky and Natalia Tanska. Anna Nazaruk, Deputy Director of the Home Service, joined the Impromptu team.
During the tournament, participants played express matches (one match is two rounds of negotiations of 1 minute 30 seconds) and classic matches (one match is two rounds of 4 minutes).
Ranking of players following the results of the third tournament on managerial duels:
1st place - Natalia Tanska, FEA manager - 48 points.
2nd place - Irina Oplachko, graduate student of the Department of Marketing NUVGP - 45 points.
3rd place - Natalia Kovtunovych, supply and sales manager of PSP "Ukraine" - 39 points.
4th place - Alexander Kostritsky, manager, 33 points.
5th place - Oksana Chmyr, Deputy Director of the "Home Service", 25 points.
6th place - Anna Nazaruk, Deputy Director of the "Home Service", 21 points.

The Office for Strategic Development and Investment coordinates the implementation of the draft Public Budget in the city of Rivne for 2016-2020 "Management Duels".
Management duels are a social technology developed by the Tallinn School of Managers to improve the management skills of managers and business owners.
