The project was developed and submitted to the competition financed by the European Investment Bank

The Department of Strategic Development and Investment of the Department of Economic Development of the Rivne City Council, together with colleagues from the Department of Capital Construction, Budget and Finance Management, developed and submitted to the competition the project "Implementation of energy-saving technologies in the municipal infrastructure of Rivne".
The project was submitted for participation in the "Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings in Ukraine" program, financed by the European Investment Bank.
The project financing procedure will be implemented through internal local borrowing to the budget of the Rivne City Territorial Community, by attracting a loan from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine.
Borrowing conditions:
- borrowing term - up to 20 years (taking into account the grace period, which is 5 years after signing the loan transfer agreement);
- the interest for the use of the loan is - in accordance with the terms of the Financial Agreement, determined on the date of selection of tranches and is equal to a fixed rate or a floating rate, which is equal to the six-month European interbank offer rate (EURIBOR) + 0.25% (the amount of the fee for providing funds by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine) ;
The following are planned to be included in the list of objects within the framework of this project:
- Rivne Lyceum No. 8 of the Rivne City Council;
- Rivne Lyceum No. 13 of the Rivne City Council;
- communal non-commercial enterprise "Polohovyi budynok" of the Rivne City Council.
