We present the investment platform "Unit property complex of the state enterprise "Rivnensky Automobile Repair Plant"

We continue to introduce the results of the work on the development of a "road map" for the implementation of measures aimed at for the presentation of investment opportunities of the Rivne urban territorial community, namely objects attractive from the point of view of investment (brownfields).

We will remind, brownfields are parks that are created on the basis of previously existing production sites, as a rule, provided with buildings, structures and infrastructure. Attracting investments includes both acquisition and lease of existing facilities. In many cases, this approach is preferable because the structure is already in place, which not only saves a lot of money for the business, but also avoids certain steps required to build new facilities, such as building permits and connecting utilities.

Thanks to the close cooperation between the specialized departments of the executive committee of the Rivne City Council and the Regional Branch of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in the Rivne and Zhytomyr regions, a list of investment-attractive objects (will be systematically updated) that the territorial community can offer to potential investors was formed.
