Department of Strategic Development and Investment has prepared and submitted an application for an industrial land plot of communal property in the area of Mlynivska Street with an area of 5.0 hectares to participate in the Pilot Competition "Golden Plot 2020" announced by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency under the Polish Aid project. Increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian regions and the development of Polish-Ukrainian economic cooperation. " The above application won.
The evaluation took into account criteria such as the location of the land, its legal status, landscape, infrastructure, communications, access roads and the proximity of the railway track. Prepared presentation materials were evaluated separately.
As the winners of the Pilot Competition "Golden Plot 2020", representatives of the Department of Strategic Development and Investment had the opportunity to participate in trainings "Simulation of a foreign investor's visit", "Promotion on social networks" and "Presentation art".
The participants of the trainings had the opportunity to get acquainted with the modern experience of working with investors, to improve the skills of preparation and presentation of investment sites.
