The report on the implementation of the Investment Program of the city of Rivne for 2022 is presented

Today, February 7, 2023, members of the Rivne City Council executive committee heard a report on the implementation of the Investment Program of the City of Rivne for 2022. The report was presented by Roman Shirko, Deputy Head of the Department of Strategic Development and Investment of the Department of Economic Development.

The main measures during the past year as part of the implementation of the Investment Program were:
- Implementation of the project "Investments in the energy efficiency of budget buildings and street lighting in the city of Rivne" together with NEFCO, the total cost of which is EUR 1.394 million.

Within the scope of the project, measures for complete thermal modernization are being implemented in three preschool education institutions (No. 14, 33, and 46), and preparations are being made for the installation of individual heating points at 8 communally owned facilities. - Preparation for the implementation of the project "Reconstruction and restoration of the municipal infrastructure of the city of Rivne to support the urgent needs of internally displaced persons", the total cost of which is 1.56 million euros. grant funds.

The project envisages the implementation of energy-efficient and necessary auxiliary measures, namely: thermal modernization of buildings, installation of solar collectors, internal repairs, purchase of necessary furniture and equipment, at two facilities - the Rivne educational and rehabilitation center "Special Child" and a preschool education institution (nursery kindergarten) compensatory type (special) "Paginets Center" of the Rivne City Council.

The project "Reconstruction and restoration of the municipal infrastructure of the city of Rivne to support the urgent needs of internally displaced persons" is implemented with the financial support of the European Union, with the participation of NEFCO, as an executive organization, within the framework of the NIP Program "EU Support for the Urgent Needs of Accommodation of Internally Displaced Persons in Ukraine" .

- Cooperation within the Cities4Cities platform (humanitarian aid from the city of Sindelfingen, Germany was involved).
- Update of the Investment Passport of the Rivne City Territorial Community bit.ly/3HYer3W and development of other presentation materials (catalogue of current production areas of the territorial community for business relocation bit.ly/3XcX6s9, catalog of grant opportunities for business).

- Writing grant applications.
