Employees of the Department of Strategic Development and Investments participated in a webinar on energy efficiency (GIZ)

Today, August 2, employees of the Department of Strategic Development and Investment participated in a webinar held as part of the project "Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Implementation of the EU Directive on Energy Efficiency in Ukraine", which is being implemented in Ukraine by the "Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ)" company GmbH" on behalf of the Governments of Germany and Switzerland.
As part of the meeting, there was a discussion of the features of submitting applications for the energy efficiency demonstration project competition, as well as project selection criteria, features of procurement as part of project implementation, and submission of financial reporting.
As part of the above-mentioned competition for applications for demonstration projects, the Rivne City Territorial Community, as a partner community, has the opportunity to participate and submit a project to the competition for the implementation of energy-saving measures up to 100,000 euros.
As a reminder, two energy saving projects have already been implemented in the Rivne community together with the NEFCO company, and the NEFCO-3 project is currently being implemented, the grant funding of which is 1.2 million euros from the Norwegian-Ukrainian Energy Efficiency Initiative Fund. The Department of Strategic Development and Investments was the initiator of cooperation and implementation of projects with NEFKO and acts as a coordinator in all joint projects with the company.
