Employees of the Department of Strategic Development and Investment increased their knowledge in the field of economic development of territorial communities

Representatives of the Department of Strategic Development and Investment of the Department of Economic Development attended the training program "Tools for the recovery and development of the economy of territorial communities", which took place on June 27 and 28, 2023.
The training program was conducted by the Kyiv Oblast Regional Training Center with the support of the Center for International Private Entrepreneurship (IPE) in partnership with the Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv, Rivne and Khmelnytskyi regional training centers.
During the training, the main success factors of community economy development were discussed, which include:
- presence of reformer leaders;
- development of a clear strategy of economic development;
- implementation of structural reforms;
- determination of priority industries and areas of development;
- external assistance;
- a developed mechanism for using own and borrowed funds;
- geographical proximity and availability of large markets;
- implemented social policy, etc.
