On June 22, 2018 in Rivne in the framework of the project "Professional staff in local government - the formation of competent teams of public administration in support of self-government reform in Ukraine" was a seminar - "Local Development Management". During the event, representatives of the Lublin Commune shared their experience and strategy of servicing investors, as well as the implementation of non-investment international projects.
A group of experts, led by the head of the delegation from the city of Lublin, Krzysztof Łątka, focused on the main factors influencing urban development through the prism of strategic, sectoral, project and participatory management. Colleagues from the Lublin City Administration, Lukasz Gosz, Deputy Director of the Office of Strategy and Investor Services, and Anna Jastszembska, Head of the International Projects Division of the Lublin City Office's Non-Investment Projects Office, shared their experience and vision of effective processes and investor engagement. areas of strategic and project management.The aim of the project is to support and develop the staff of the Ukrainian public administration and promote good governance in the implementation of reforms arising from the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement in 8 regional centers of Ukraine.
