Managing the Ukraine's restoration using the DREAM digital ecosystem

Representatives of the Department of Strategic Development and Investments took part in the interregional training: DREAM Digital Ecosystem – the main tool for managing Ukraine’s restoration, held on December 19, 2023 in Lviv.
The "DREAM" is a digital platform that unites project initiators, recovery partners and donors on a single and common platform. The main message from the platform developers is that recovery management should be transparent and accountable to citizens.
The involvement of every citizen in the control of the process of restoration and development of regions will contribute to its success. That is why the eDem module was created in the DREAM digital platform – to ensure a transparent, accountable and democratic recovery process.
A full-scale war changed our reality and prospects for regional development. Today, we must think first of all about supporting of our defenders. Therefore, we should look for opportunities to improve the lives of the residents of the Rivne hromada in all directions, which in turn will give a positive result for supporting our soldiers at the frontline.
It is necessary to focus on the energy efficiency of communally owned objects, modernization of educational institutions and the social sector, in order to ensure comfortable access to the services provided there to the families of our Heroes, IDPs and residents of the Rivne territorial community. And also to focus on military and veterans rehabilitation projects, and try to find funds for this from both international financial institutions, foundations, donors, and partners.
