The program coordinates the activities of all stakeholders and stakeholders, attracting investment to the territory of the city of Rivne. The action of the Program extends to the sphere of attraction of investments and economic development as a component of social and economic development of the city of Rivne.

Changes to the Investment Program of the city of Rivne for 2017-2020, approved by the decision of Rivne City Council dated 06.12.2016, № 2143.

The program is developed on the basis of an integrated approach to solving the problem of activating the investment support of the economy in accordance with the main directions of socio-economic development of the city and provides for the formation of a favorable investment climate, activation of investment processes, attraction of domestic and foreign investment resources in the development of the economy and social sphere of the city.
